John has taught at Berklee College of Music for over 20 years and has played professionally for over 25. John has toured with the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra as well as performed on several of their CD's and television specials. He has performed with Clark Terry, Herb Pomeroy and The Artie Shaw Orchestra. John is also a regular member of the Kenny Hadley Big Band, featured on two of Kenny's CD's, "Come Sunday" and "A Beautiful Friendship" with Rebecca Parris. John is also a member of the Rick Stepton Quartet and performed on Rick's recent release of a "Stiff Upper Lip". John's first CD "Strollin" will be released in March of 2001.
